Safeguarding
Both Kime Sanchin Higashi Kai and our parent association Higashi are working on getting the Safeguarding in Martial Arts checkmark. This will mean assurance for students, parents and anyone else that the club has clear policies, trained and accessible contacts and that in general safe guarding is taken very seriously.

Our safeguarding officer
One of our parents has agreed to be our safeguarding officer. Her contact details will be published here as soon as her training and DBS have been completed. This provides a seperate contact to our instructors to report any concerns.
Association safeguarding officer
Our safeguarding officer co-ordiantes with the association who assure that we are meeting the requirements and help address any concerns.
